1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the livezx platform and all its services. The livezx.click website, mobile app, and any related services operate under these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use livezx. Continuing to use the platform will be considered your acceptance of these Terms.

These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

• Livezx reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
• Users will be notified of any changes via email or in-platform notification.

2 Account Registration & Verification

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on livezx. This is a strict requirement — any violation will result in immediate account termination.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing a false name, date of birth, or contact details will cause account verification to fail and may result in funds being withheld.

One Account Policy

Attempts to open multiple accounts by the same person, household, or IP address may result in all accounts being terminated and any funds held being forfeited.

• Each individual is permitted a maximum of one account.
• If you already have an existing account, please contact support before opening a new one.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person.

3 Deposit & Payment Rules

You can deposit on livezx via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally instant — bank transfers may take 2–6 business hours.

All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No deposit fees are charged by livezx. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are entirely separate.

• Only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party cards or accounts are not permitted.
• Livezx does not accept deposits made by credit card.
• If a deposit fails, your money will be refunded within 24 hours.

4 Withdrawal Rules & Process

Your account must be KYC-verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours. Additional verification may be required for transactions flagged as suspicious.

Important Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus eligibility requires meeting the conditions of the specific offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined or used simultaneously.
• Wagering requirements on bonus funds are generally between 5x and 30x.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Livezx may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

6 Betting Rules

All Sports Betting, casino games, and live betting on livezx are governed by these terms and conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled.

If a bet fails to process due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded. This does not apply to bets that have been successfully confirmed.

Special Betting Rules

• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet is voided and the amount is refunded.
• If a match is abandoned, the outcome is determined based on the amount of play completed.
• Automated or bot-assisted betting is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum bet amount is 10 BDT.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on livezx and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Registering under a false identity or impersonating someone else.
• Fraudulent use of the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or AI.
• Participating in match fixing or manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing other users or attempting to damage the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

Livezx believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not stress or financial harm. We take responsible gaming seriously and have put multiple safeguards in place to support this.

Available Safeguards

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on how much you want to bet within a given period.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Livezx reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Involvement in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• By order of a court or legal authority.
• At the user's own request.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no breach of Terms is found, that amount will be refunded. In cases of fraud, however, the full balance may be forfeited.

11 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

For any complaints or disputes, contact the livezx support team as your first step. We take all complaints seriously and will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Complaints Process

• Step 2: If unresolved, the issue will be escalated to the senior team. Resolution timeframe: 7 business days.
• Step 3: If not resolved within 30 days, international arbitration proceedings may be pursued.

Arbitration will follow the guidelines of Curaçao eGaming. International gaming law governs these Terms and any disputes arising from them.

12 Terms Amendment Policy

Livezx reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via their registered email or in-app notification.
